TERMS AND CONDITIONS
EARNING POINTS
- Clients earn 1 loyalty point for every £10 spent on any treatment, package or course
- Loyalty points earned will reflect the paid value, not the recommended retail price (RRP)
- Loyalty points will be awarded at the time of purchase, not at the time of booking
REDEEMING POINTS
- Loyalty points can be used for any full priced treatment or service, including part purchase (using points + cash/card)
- A maximum of £25 can be deducted, per invoice
- Loyalty points cannot be transferred to cash
- Loyalty points can only be redeemed in-clinic
- Loyalty points used to purchase discounted treatments will reflect the value at the time of use, not the RRP
- Loyalty points cannot be used to purchase gift cards
- Loyalty points cannot be backdated once an invoice is cleared
- Loyalty points cannot be redeemed against rescheduling or cancellation fees
GENERAL
- Privi Studios LTD reserves the right to change or remove the loyalty program at any time
- Should any invoices be outstanding, this may result in suspension of or deduction from accumulated loyalty points

- Points are not transferable between clients
