We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50; orders below this value are charged at a flat rate of £4.95. Deliveries for our PRIVI subscription are always free. If ordering multiple brands, your order may arrive in separate parcels.
Our standard shipping option includes 1-2 days processing time, with delivery in 1-2 business days thereafter. In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, cut off for processing is 12:00. All orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends are processed on the next working day.
Orders are sent directly from our partner pharmacies and suppliers by tracked courier. If your order comes from more than one supplier, it may arrive in separate parcels with different delivery times, and you will receive tracking for each.
Currently, we only ship products to Mainland UK addresses.
